Very large, spacious room. Loved the heated bathroom floor. The room and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. I also really loved the wine bar and the food/snacks there. Everyone there was so sweet and friendly.

Lovely stay! Beautiful scenery outside the windows.

Clean room, friendly staff

Very cool Eurpoean hotel in a very neat Old German town. Nestled in a valley overlooked by a castle. I only wish I had more time to explore. Only downside was the waiters and bartenders did not seem to care much, buffet food never replenished for two hours. Bartender only seemed to want to go home.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. We knew AC was not an option. Would have been amazing, since it’s summer.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Tge staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is idyllic; and the hotel perfectly fits the postcard-like aesthetic. The owners are beautiful people and were helpful, kind and charming. The rooms are small, but cute and spotless. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My stay was lovely. I needed a place to stay during the Belgian GP weekend, and this hotel wasnt too far of a commute from the track. The hotel was relaxing and quaint. I had everything I needed in the room, and the balcony was such a lovely surprise. The only slight issue was that the WiFi was very unreliable during my stay, but I didn’t worry about it much since I was on the move most of the time. I saw other reviews that mentioned thin walls, which wasn’t my experience at all. Yes, you may...

Wonderful location and very nice accommodation!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The sauna was amazing and the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We especially loved the buffet breakfast and dining area. The welcome area has stocked drinks and wines you make make use of with an easy system to relay back what you have selected to add to your bill. Staff are amazing and extremely nice. Would recommend staying if considering visiting this party of Germany.

Very nice hotel at an excellent price! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was really friendly during check in and took us immediately to our room and showed us how everything in the room worked. Very cozy room and bathroom with a tub, which my wife enjoyed taking a warm bath in after a very cold and wet day. Great breakfast included with the room at no additional charge. Ever back in this area again, I would definitely stay stay here again.

Very historic building, walking distance to everything. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent and service was very friendly. The ambiance in the basement restaurant looked very nice although we did not eat there. We ate at a local pub that had an outstanding live music duo. Monschau is a hidden gem in the region.
