The property is beautiful and the room lovely and comfortable. I had a great facial treatment at the spa and spent a few hours after relaxing in the facility. I like that they require hotel guests to reserve times to visit the spa so that it does not become crowded. Unfortunately, we were not able to dine at the restaurant, as it was not open while we were there. We were able to enjoy the breakfast buffet, which was quite nice. Nice roomy apartment with a room to store my bicycle. The food in the restaurant and pub was excellent. The beer they brew on premise was even better.

Receptionist is very friendly and helpful, give us area map and explain about location. She's from Bosnia. Hotel is clean with free coffee and tea. Hotel location is good, walking distance to old town, about 15 minutes walk. Close to Aachen Spa, 5 minutes walk. A little far from train station, about 10 Euro taxi drive.

Very large, spacious room. Loved the heated bathroom floor. The room and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. I also really loved the wine bar and the food/snacks there. Everyone there was so sweet and friendly.
