"The hotel is clean and modern. The staff is kind and professional but I could not give it 5 stars. It is a bit generic. The location is remote so it would be nice if there was more to experience on property. But it is on the sea and maybe that's enough for a lot of people. We have been to the Kempinski in High Tatras many times and in comparison this one is in a lower league. You are not made to feel special but as a patron. The food was good but not great.
