"Hotel Piran was no frills but the location and the staff were great! It is right on the water and the sunset from this location is fantastic. Parking is a distance but the friendliest, most fun man drives you back and forth. The walls are thin so it can be a little noisy. Breakfast was just ok."

"Staff was wonderful hot food like scrambled eggs were buffet style and not hot all other breakfast options were very good. Air conditioning in the room annoying, it shut off every couple of hours while sleeping and had to be turned back on. The pillows sucked."

"One of the front office staff (he was well dressed and personable) was very helpful telling us how to walk to the War Memorial Redipuglia. It was extremely beautiful and humbling. Also we had to leave before the beautiful 5 am breakfast started and the morning front staff gentleman let us grab a croissant before we left. So kind!"

"Stayed here many times. Shared dorms have curtains for privacy, cozy blanket, comfy bed, outlet and lights at each bunk. Community room has large kitchen and relaxing seating."
