"The house was exactly as described. The owners were very kind and very pleasant to deal with. The house is located on the side of a very large hill just outside Salzburg. It was very quiet and quite peaceful, as well extraordinarily beautiful. I would definitely stay here again."

"This house is spacious and clean and really comfortable. Olessa (the host), who lives next door, is extremely responsive and kind. The one thing that we did not realize is how far the house is from Salzburg, and what a quiet town it is. I would not recommend staying here if you are there to explore Salzburg and do not have a car, as it is impossible to get Ubers to pick you up and the walk to the train station is longer than expected and not very pleasant (on busy roads)."

"We loved staying at this property. It was close to many attractions. The town was peaceful and regular walks to downtown bayrisch gmain was very enjoyable. The location is great for a peaceful relaxing vacation. The house is a good size with two showers and two toilets. Plenty of space for guests to spread out. House was setup very nice and clean. "Great stay. It’s a charming house, big enough for four -almost-grownups. The park is quiet and the house has a beautiful view. There is a mini golf course but that’s about it, when it comes to entertainment. But we didn’t need more, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The the house has a complete kitchen, no need to bring spices, oil, peper/salt, tea or even tablets for dishwasher. I was happily surprised. The owners are really friendly, who responded accurate at emails."

"This house was perfect for our multi-family spring break trip to the Austrian Alps. The location of the house made it easy for us to take day trips to Salzburg, Hohenwerfen Castle, the salt mines and Innsbruck. We also enjoyed spending a day or two at the house. Our kids loved running and playing in the outdoors while we relaxed in lounge chairs by the pool. Nina is a wonderful host and on our last night there arranged for a friend to cook us a special dinner at the house. Bianca was wonderful....

"Die Unterkunft liegt in einer super ruhigen Lage. Zur Autobahn ist es nicht weit - in der Ferienanlage kann man gut laufen. Es gibt einen Brötchen-Service und die Bestellung muss entsprechend an der Rezeption abgeholt werden. Einrichtung zweckmäßig - ein paar Gläser mehr wären schön gewesen. Kleinere Mängel (z. B. zwei nicht funktionierende Lampen) über die man hinweg sehen kann. Im Objekt selbst ist es sehr ruhig außer das aufgrund der bautechnischen Grundlage Bewegungen im ganzen Haus...

"Es war wirklich traumhaft hier. Die Gemütlichkeit und die Lage sind herrlich. Es ist toll das so viele Spiele vor Ort sind - wir hätten gerne mehr Zeit dafür gebracht aber auf jeden Fall wundervoll falls auch Kinder dabei sind. Es war auch wundervoll das wir unseren Wuffi mitnehmen konnten. Zwei Dinge die ich finde zu beachten sind: - Das Haus macht Geräusche ;) also nachts hört man wenn jmd rumläuft, da haben mir aber ohrenstoepsel geholfen - Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr abenteuerlich, da...

"Lovely place, quiet and accessible walk to town. Go across street to private area, sit and enjoy the lake and mountain view. ONLY PROBLEM room was super hot, no AC and could not leave door open because a few bugs flew in. My husband didn't like that he had to pay for the coffee and bread. The manager was a lovely lady, very helpful. People in the town, not so much! Not engaging at all! "
