"The location is great, the rooms are cozy, and the staff is friendly. The bars (especially the Fleur room) has a breathtaking view (especially at sunset). My only complaint is the design of the room: the toilet and shower are in separate "stalls," and the wash sink is in the main room. (It makes it a big awkward. However, the room is very small and typical for New York.) I would otherwise definitely stay again!"

"You can’t beat the location, and the entire staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Especially Stefanie at the front desk who was so patient and kind. And the bartender who works Saturday afternoons I wish I caught his name. They were both amazing! My only minus is the room doesn’t have a mini fridge or ice buckets. However, I would definitely stay again! "

"We like the location for proximity to Cooper Union and NYU East Village residences. We also found it quiet and safe and enjoyed receiving $30/d in credit the bar and coffee shop back from the "resort fee" that was part of our package. The fitness room was clean and serviceable. The room was very very small but adequate for two people. The bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked. Check in and check out were easy.
