"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! "Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Since it was early in the season (May 15 - 22nd), not everything was open yet, which is understandable but something to keep in mind. "The resort is very family oriented and geared towards family activities. The entire property was clean. I was on all inclusive package and the food was very good. I got to sample things I normally wouldn’t try. I would recommend it to anyone traveling with children. "
