Great resort with excellent food options.

It was a great resort with plenty of choice for food and drinks. There were plenty of options for vegetarians and fussy eaters which we normally struggle with. Amazing resort with good pools and kids water fountains and excellent animation team!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Truly relaxing.

Nice holidays in greece

Staff lovely, food very basic and every day the same. Breakfast, lunch and dinner very poor selection. Bread was horrible, couldn't eat it for breakfast. Very nice pool close to the beach, no policy on towels on the sun beds !! People from 6 am reservig sun beds and not showing up until 11/12!! Tolwels shouod be removed by hitel staff !!

My honest review was my stay was pleasant but that's all i can say really. The staff were friendly but at time i received a lack of desire to help, especially with transport to and from the airport. Once i did book my own private transfer they tried to charge me, I had to let them know that i had already pre paid for the ride. The room was also decent but not great, wasn't a beach front hotel and there may be a ant problem. There was too many crawling within our bathroom area and by our front door. Food was okay too, a good selection and varied day to day. overall a pleasant experience but i wouldn't go back and nor would i say it's a 4 star defiantly a 3 star at most.

Hotel/staff: The only good thing about this hotel was the reception staff. They were kind and helpful. This hotel is far, far away from 4*, maximum 2* The hotel was packed with children. If you prefer adult only style, this is not your place. The pool bar, especially the ice cream area, was unhygienic. The area around the hotel rooms close to the sea was smelling of sewage Food/drinks: The quality of the food and drinks was terrible. We preferred to go out to eat in the city to eat normal quality food, and we bought drinks in a nearby store. All inclusive is not really true. Only very limited (local) drinks are included, for the rest you have to pay. After 23:00, all drinks are charged. Transport: The hotel has no transport services between the airport but taxi was easy to use both way. €25 each. Good local bus connection to Kos city. Bus stop ~4-500m from the hotel

Stor skuffelse!

Et slitent og utdatert hotell som kostet 2000,- natten.Heldigvis kun én natt. Maten var langt under gjennomsnittet og beregnet på småbarn: chips, chicken nuggets, pølse etc. Spisesalen var enorm og veldig upersonlig. Rommet var direkte utrivelig og utsikten var begredelig, kun en tørr gressplen. Det eneste som var fint var spaserturen ned til sjøen og brisen nede ved vannet. Resepsjonistene var hjelpsomme og hyggelige, det skal de ha. Vurderer dere All Invlusive så STYR UNNA! Her finnes ikke valuta for pengene. Reis for all del heller til Mitsis,- det var FANTASTISK!

Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, was den Aufpreis schon wert ist. Essen war abwechslungsreich und wirklich gut, große Salattheke, leckere Gerichte. Personal & Animationsteam super. Sehr schöner Infinity-Pool mit genügend Liegen. Direkter Strandzugang ebenfalls mit vielen kostenlosen Liegen. In der Nähe des Hotels ist eine Bushaltestelle, an welcher man nach Kos Stadt fahren kann. Obwohl wir erst im September gereist sind, waren im Hotel sehr viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Für diese wird auch einiges geboten. Minuspunkte: Die „Cocktails“, welche beim All-Inclusive enthalten sind, waren etwas enttäuschend. Für die besseren Sachen muss man zahlen. Wir hätten uns auch mehr kostenlose Wasserflaschen gewünscht. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen :-)

Der Sandstrand war sehr schön und für Kinder ideal. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Katzen haben in einer Hotelanlage, speziell im Essbereich, nichts zu suchen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Hotel,in dem es nichts wirklich negatives gab!Etwas schade fanden wir jedoch,aber nicht besonders schlimm,das es keine Möglichkeit gab im Freien zu Essen. Besonders schön war unser Bungalow,in dem wir den größten Kleiderschrank auf unseren zahlreichen Reisen hatten.Wir konnten dort die kompletten Kleider von 3 Personen unterbringen. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen
