"Perfect place for our first location in Sri Lanka. We stayed three nights and loved it. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff was very welcoming and the quality of the Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner was amazing. We can also recommend the Katamaran tour in the lagoon. Free shuttle to the empty beach also worked great. Would always return here."

"I’m very sad to leave this review as the stay at the hotel was actually very nice and the location is spectacular BUT they double charged me and promised to pay me back but I have been trying to get my money back for a month now and they stopped replying my messages!! "Natscha and her assistant Ajit run this wonderful small guesthouse. If you are looking for an authentic, local experience then stay here. But, it is not that easy to get to, The road to the bungalow is largely unpaved and steep but, for us, that was all part of the attraction. The surroundings are beautiful - lush green jungle, beautiful rice paddies, local temples etc. But, if you don't have your own vehicle then it is not possible to get out at night.
The cuisine is local and very good....
"We stayed here on our honeymoon, and was expecting a little more hospitality to be honest couldn't even get a free drink out of them 😅. They do hound you a little in the mornings for room service so don't expect a lay in at this place! The food was really good, bar slightly over priced so all inclusive would be worth it if you intend to spend most of your time at the hotel. "Comfortable stay, we were welcomed by Wasantha who checked us in, with a delicious watermelon juice made by Charana. The room was spacious and clean. Beautiful pool and garden area - towels were supplied. The breakfast cooked by Anuradha was delicious - fruit, toast, eggs, tea and coffee. Great value for a very luxurious stay! We would definitely stay here again!"
"Loved this property. The reception was so friendly and welcoming. The pool is lovely. The food and drinks (aside from one mistake) was good and reasonably priced. We often had the beach to ourselves. A few things, such as the gym and probably do with a bit of an update/clean but it was the end of the season and there were very few people to use it.
