"We had a small situation where when we switched off the A/C the whole room was dripping water as later I found out that the walls are made out of clay. So all our bags and the entire room got watery…but other than that, staff was extremely professional and friendly, location is beautiful as well. Wish the parking situation was better, overall it was a great stay"

Spoke to the assistant manager who was extremely apologetic and arranged to change us to an upgraded room and for us to eat at their sister hotel next door. "My stay was good. Incredible beach; great temperature water, loved it. You could hear waves crashing all night. Great spot. Room was excellent, but the best was the service…. I had lost an expensive pair of sunglasses and was really upset I lost them and while eating breakfast one of the porters came and handed them to me. I couldn’t have been happier as I had 2 more weeks of travel and this guy saved the day. Loved it!"
