The Doubletree by Hilton is conveniently located at the end of the main historic district, so we could walk to restaurants and museums. The staff is friendly and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and visiting the beautiful city of Kosice Slovakia

Fantastic stay, very close to the beautiful old town and shopping centre. Close to airport also. Hotel very clean and modern rooms , very good night sleep on comfortable bed and lots of storage space . Excellent views from 11th floor. Staff extremely helpful and friendly

Standard hotel. Rooms are rather small, the water pressure could be better. Sauna needs to be preheated by present person because of the sensor. If you like your sauna just a little warm, you will love this one.

I have stayed several times in this hotel for work. The location is convenient but the staff is not very friendly (Zuzana) and the rooms are clean but small for the price.

Clean and very presentable, Some of the staff looked down on you, I’m the one paying £200 pound a night but hey? Still haven’t refunded my 100 euros deposit 1 week later!! Disgusting really.

A dependable quality hotel with friendly staff

Overall the staff and convenience were as usual for the standard we have come to appreciate at Hilton and doubletree by Hilton in various countries. Staff esp.front desk are a great asset to your organisation and always presents a courteous, friendly and approachable demeanour which makes guest stays and queries we may have a pleasant experience. I lost a silver bracelet during our stay and your staff are kindly keeping a lookout if it ever resurfaces. On the ‘cons’ Was not safe the parking was chargeable but perhaps it was in small print on the hotel.com site. Minor fixtures in the room (shower door handle kept falling off, the soap holder in the shower cubicle was hanging, TV power went off like it has crashed a few times.

a mini bar charge was added after the checkout which i did not have the items , we had 1 bottle of water that had been paid for but then subsequently charged for crisps and snacks that hadn’t been consumed , there was no check on check in or checkout i’m absolutely disgusted.

The hotel was beautiful. The towels were so fluffy. I know that sounds silly, but I find most hotels in Europe have very thin and rough towels. These were luxurious. The room was nice and WiFi was good. Plug for US razors in the bathroom.

I stayed twice, two nights each time, and it was wonderful. The friendly staff was knowledgeable and multilingual, the restaurant was great, and the available complimentary cookies, fruit, water and lemonade was a thoughtful touch. It's such a convenient walk one direction to the Old Town historic district, and just one block the other direction to the modern shopping mall, food court and conveniences. Excellent hotel.
