Hotel centralissimo, a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza della Repubblica. Si possono raggiungere tutti i luoghi più interessanti della città in massimo 30 minuti. La camera, tripla, era grande. Letto matrimoniale king size e molto comodo. Ci hanno accolto con due bottiglie di vino piccole. In omaggio anche tre bottiglie di acqua al giorno. Regalo molto apprezzato. In camera ci sono pantofole e accappatoi. Bagno grande. Buona colazione dalla 8 alle 11. Consiglio costruttivo: aggiungerei anche delle marmellate. Piccolo dettaglio che non penalizza il mio giudizio. Piscina gratuita aperta dalle 9 alle 21. Sauna e bagno turco a pagamento. L'albergo dispone anche di un ristorante fronte strada di cui non abbiamo usufruito. Personale alla reception sempre disponibile.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a centrally located, clean and quiet guest house. It is situated within the central plaza of a square block of residential apartment houses - classic Soviet style. I call it a “guest house” because while it is renovated and comfortable, it is not a traditional hotel like those in the US or Northern Europe. It is low capacity (which is nice!) and while it does have a 24 hour front desk and daily maid service, it doesn’t have a gym, business center, etc. We had a clean, comfortable and spacious modern room with a small balcony and a very comfortable bed. There was a smart TV with all the usual streaming services, WiFi was reliable, there was a small safe and refrigerator in the room, and we had a small balcony. Breakfast was very nice and served in a cozy area which opened out so we could dine indoors or out. The breakfast selection rotated but always included fresh cut fruit, breads, some cereals, meats and cheeses, and a hot buffet with sausages and rotating warm dishes. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and spoke both English and Russian in addition to Armenian. We had a six night stay and found this cozy, peaceful, and reasonably priced guest house to be a wonderful option, and if we return to Armenia we will stay there again. Also, they communicated well before our arrival via WhatsApp and arranged a car and driver for airport transfers - on arrival our driver met us inside and we paid through the hotel.
