"1 night, suite room. Absolutely great value for a suite with a patio. Hotel also has lots of free amenities (bath items etc). The suite has a kitchen and a washer dryer in the bathroom which was very helpful (takes a long time to dry so plan ahead). Location of the hotel has it's pros and (debatably) cons as it's close enough to the railway and has a park,7-eleven, as well as a small shopping mall with decent sized food court. After check out they were accommodating to hold our luggage so we can explore Tokyo before we had to leave to our next hotel destination. 10/10 I would come again & highly recommend booking here. Nearby the metro station/bus stations & restaurants. "

"I thought it was ok for the price. Facilities were extremely clean and other guests were respectful of others. As a woman traveling by herself, I felt safe staying there overnight. It was my first stay at a capsule hotel and I wish I would have gotten more guidance from the staff when I first checked in. Staff did not speak English (which is fine, you're in Japan after all!) but was not necessarily welcoming or friendly when I was trying to ask questions. I felt like I was bothering them, but...

"We stayed here for 7 days during our trip to Japan. The room is larger than we expected. There are two walkable subway stations around, each is about 5-8mins walk. Reasonable price with no room service, but we are able to get stuff that we asked for."

"Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood not to far from Akihabara by train. Only negatives I had about the hotel were the lack of outlets, there was only one available under the desk. I had to unplug the microwave to have access to another outlet and the 2 other outlets available were over by the sink, which could be dangerous if water got on any charging electronics."
