Basics at a Luxury Price

The hotel was clean & has the basics covered. Unfortunately the room prices are so expensive that you could get a five star hotel in other cities. At least they provide free luggage storage.

The hotel is in a great location on Nathan Rd steps away from the subway station with lots of food and shopping in the area. My one complaint was that I booked the room for 2 people and asked for 2 keys but they refused to provide 2 keys lying by saying they don't have enough keys.

Great hotel for the price considering it’s location for just about anything you want to do in the city and good staff. There are better lodgings close by but at more than double the price and less convenient spot. It is on the noisy side due to it being in a high traffic spot close to transportation and big number of noisy guests

Stayed here for 9 days.Check in was a 5 star for me,in a sense that the lady at the front desk was so nice to checked me in and my family, 3 hours earlier than check in time.Room and bathroom were too small but acceptable.Downside,the noise coming from the other rooms was terrible!Felt like walls and ceiling was made from paper.Couldn't get a good rest after a full day being out.On the the upside,the location of the hotel is excellent with all amenities within walking distance(mtr,bus stop,restaurants).

It’s located to the main street, bus stop to the airport is just outside of the hotel, 1min to subway station. Dozen of restaurants and can walk to many major points so very convenient. Hotel service is ok but the room is very tiny, no place to open luggage and the bathroom is super small… If you are busy but want to save money, this hotel is reasonable but I thought I should have a double room at least instead of a single room.

It was my first experience that the restroom and shower room were integrated.It's like taking a shower next to the toilet with the lid on the toilet and the whole toilet next to it.It is by no means clean or well-equipped, but the price is reasonable overall for its central location in Kowloon.

Stayed for three nights in total. Originally staying for one night but then requested for an extention. The helpful staff nicely explained the way to extend my nights at the reception. The location of Casa hotel is extremely convenient with pharmacy, convenience stores and many bus stations around. There are many taxis to catch as the hotel is located on Nathan Road. The only disadvantage appears when the ‘flatmates’ walked past and talked loudly at midnight. But overall the stay is nice and there arent many ppl on weekdays.

Poorly maintained room. Tiny elevator serving a 14 floors building. A/C didn't work( at 35 Degrees Celsius). The staff offered a fan, since they didn't have other rooms for 3 people available. We declined and looked for somewhere else to stay.

立地が良く、タオルがふかふかで気持ちよかったです！ ただ、お部屋が古いのとシャワー室の換気扇の音が大きく、壁も薄いため、周りの音が気になりました。 あと、エレベーター2機ありますが、中が狭くて結構待つのが不便だなと感じました。 スタッフの対応は良かったです。 駅・バス停が近いので、安く寝るだけなら充分だと思います。

Basically, a good example of "you get what you pay for." It's very cheap, and it's got a really good location, but the rooms are a shoebox. If you don't mind staying in a shoebox, go for it. Staff are generally kind and helpful, but don't expect the sort of services you're getting at a five-star hotel. Overall, good place, I've stayed here regularly.
