Excellent location, just moments from shops and the train station. The staff provided outstanding service and even offered us a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated given our late flight. The hotel is attached to a shopping centre and MTR station which is very convenient. Good rooms, with good amenities. Bathroom a little dated and the refrigerator wasn’t very cold. Bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was in a very central location, close to everything. The Langham Mall is literally across the hotel and train station was 5 mins walk away. At first, they couldn’t find our booking when we arrived so there was a delay with checking in, however they upgraded us to the Chairman Suite which is the grandest suite we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, the breakfast buffet had lots of choice and staff was really friendly and attentive to our young children. We will definitely return again.
