Happy stay

Room is perfect for us as we just return to sleep . The staff is friendly and always there to help. You will never go hungry as there are many restaurants around the vicinity.

This hotel is in a prime location for Hong Kong City exploring, minutes walk to Nathan Rd, waterfront and food outlets. Yes the room is small like every other asian hotel, but its everything you need for a short convenient few day stay. Sheets were clean, shower was hot, the levels are secure with card access in lifts. Its the right price in the perfect spot.

Housekeeping staff were nice and friendly. Even when some facilities needed to be fixed during midnight, the staff arrived immediately to take care of it. Good shower - water pressure and hot water. Good air conditioning. Excellent location.

Great location in the TST area. Easily reachable with the A21 bus from the airport (pay by card on board, around 4USD). The staff is very friendly and the checkin/ checkout smooth. The room is OK for a night or two but anything more than that can be rather claustrophobic especially for two people - whilst the space is efficiently organised, the room we had was 10 sqm including bathroom.

The front desk staff were outstanding. Super fast check-in. They also helped with directions and getting taxis. The room was small but very comfortable. The person that cleans the rooms did an excellent job. The room was absolutely spotless. We will stay again for sure. The location is also perfect, walking distance to everything.

Hart hotel is affordable and is in a good convenient location.I have always stayed here whenever I visit HK. After Covid the hotel has downsized a lot. This is my first post Covid visit. Service still decent however I strongly suggest management to review their laundry service! I’ve found visible stain on both bed linen and towels which makes one uncomfortable.

Superb location, Attentive staffs, Cleanliness, comfortable bed, sufficient amount of pillows. Although the room size is small according to the standard HK’s hotel style, the room is very well function in terms of design aspects. Standard features are provided including kettle and coffe mugs, safe box, small fridge, slipper, amenities. I like that the glass door is provided to keep the shower area completedly separate to the toilet where some of the other hotels elsewhere do not have this feature although with the much bigger room. The only minus point would be the wifi was not really stable.

The hotel was only a mere 2-3 mins walk from TST/ East TST station, a mall was nearby (with a supermarket). Local foods all around, restaurants downstairs. Everything was clean and spotless. The lifts were a little stuffy during the warmer times (when my friend and I visited) but it did it’s job. The room itself, we were upgraded and couldn’t be more thankful (we had onward travels after so we didnt pack light). Thank you to the staff that checked us in! The room was nice, came with necessities, we were mostly out but when we stayed in, it was nice. Bed was a little hard, walls are a bit thin. But overall it was a good stay

Located in a great area close to to many food places, the TST MTR train station, all the beautiful shopping malls and the star ferry terminal. Room was a good size for a single traveller and I felt safe as a solo traveller. Room was clean and staff was friendly and very accommodating when i asked if i could leave my luggage before check in.
