We had an amazing stay. The staff was really nice especially because we arrived early due to an early flight and inspite of a busy weekend they still gave a room to us around noon. Also, the room was clean, and up to date with all amenities, housekeeping and room services were quick. Overall the stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

Excellent stay. The property was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional and always helpful, and everything was handled efficiently throughout my stay. Breakfast was very good, and the overall atmosphere made the experience particularly enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

Very courteous and attentive staff. From the moment you walk into the hotel to when you leave, it's the place you want to stay in Hong Kong. Upgrade to the Horizon Club. Great service, wonderful views, a delicious buffet and most importantly very good coffee and delicacies. Easy to get around town, close to the ferry, ready access to taxis. Can't recommend this place enough.

This was my first stay at Shangri-La, and the exceptional customer service made it truly memorable. The staff consistently went above and beyond—from helping us settle into our room and promptly delivering ice and glasses, to accommodating a late checkout. They also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Shang Palace when the restaurant was fully booked, allowing us to experience its exceptional Cantonese cuisine. Every request was handled quickly, warmly, and professionally. After this experience, I will definitely stay at Shangri-La again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special.

Loved this hotel. We got the horizon room and the breakfast and happy hr each afternoon with free food and drinks was perfect. Convenient location right near train station and the harbour. Would recommend to anyone. Best place to stay while in hong kong, Kowloon area.
