This was the best possible hotel I could have hoped for during my first visit to the city. All the (plentiful) staff are so kind and helpful, the place is so clean and with excellent amenities, the roof pool is a bonus too. Breakfast was a highlight, so varied and tasty - don't miss that.

I rate The Royal Garden a 10 out of 10 hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The location is convenient to all activities and attractions, very walkable with conveniences abounding. I felt very safe and cared for. The staff is top-notch, extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I can't say enough good things to describe this luxurious experience. Simply wonderful.

This is a 5 star hotel and very luxurious. Rooms were beautiful and clean. There are several restaurants located within the hotel to choose from as well as local restaurants nearby. The train station entrance is about a 10 minute walk which very convenient to get around. The ferry boats were also walking distance. We would stay here again especially if the price was a bargain.
