Very disappointing stay. The facilities are quite outdated, which is not what you’d expect from a W Hotel. The bathtub water was dirty and clearly not well maintained, making it unusable. The room lighting was also too dim, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, not worth the price and definitely not up to the W brand standard.
