Its definitly not a hotel its actually an apartment rental , the room smelled of cigarette smoke and the mattress was uncomfortable and it was very noisy, its definitely overpriced a d there are better hotels closer by

The hotel room was great, plenty of room and all kitchen utensils. Good location and only minutes to the Christmas market and shopping center, Galleria. The hotel was hard to locate on the first night and the people at the front desk are worthless for any help .You are on your own once you get the keys,I had a local help me call to find the keys to the Apt. There is no one to help with any local info or tours you must go outside the building and start asking , The internet is the best way to get info , trying to directions from the staff at the desk is wasted time.

Excellent experience!
A great apartment-hotel in very good location in Krakow. Clean, spacious, modern and open rooms with a kitchen and living area. Very close to main train station and galleria and a very short walk to old town. If I visit Krakow again, I will definitely stay here!
