The hotel is in an of itself a very good location and walking distance to everything. You are right in the midst of the jewish section with tons of options for food and sites. You are also only short 10 minute walk straight up main avenue to Cloth hall and old town city center. We had no issues and the front desk staff was outstanding. The lady who manages the location was ever helpful, giving suggestions for food and drink, helping with extra pillows and other amenities we needed. The trains did not bother us at all as not loud even with Windows open. The rooms are clean and spacious and give you comfort of home. The bed is a little smaller then usual for US folks but we had no issues. The mall is located 8 minutes around corner from hotel and the overall noise was very good with Windows open. Could see AC being issue in summer, but since cooler months we had no issues. Only suggestions would be more towels if needed after few days and bigger pillows. Overall this was great and we really enjoyed the secure access and ease of location. We have been in Poland before and this was great and again the lady at desk was great person and really great to deal with and made the place a 5 stars for us.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die große des Zimmers war auch vollkommen ausreichend und das Badezimmer schön groß. Die Kochleiste hat notwendige Sachen, wie Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck, Wasserkocher usw. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer an der Zugseite, somit was manchmal sehr laut. Die weißen Handtücher sahen nicht wirklich sauber aus, deshalb waren wir froh, dass wir welche von zuhause mit hatten. Das Doppelbett ist auch nicht wirklich groß (1,40m breit). Der Aufenthalt war aber für die 4 Tage in Ordnung.

We stayed here for three nights in October 2019 in 1 Bedroom City Apartment on the fifth floor overlooking yard, three people, this room accommodates four, very quiet room and very spacious. We received an instruction by email on the day of arrival how to enter the building (code) and how to get a key to our room. Receptionists were available at the time of our arrival, but there NOT always there! Very clean hotel, everything you need for cooking, small cooker, microwave, kettle, sponge and washing up liquid, even paper towels. NO corkscrew! )) Bedding and towels provided. Heating was on. Plenty of space in the wardrobes, hungers. Spacious bathroom. We had only hand wash in the bathroom, so bring your own toiletries. Location is convenient to go explore the Old Town, we walked everywhere, but there are trams on the next street if you want to use public transport. We even walked to the main train station to get to / from airport. We enjoyed our stay, and would come back.

The staff was amazing, no requests was an issue for them, they would try to help and make you more comfortable as much as they possibly could. Our room was spotless, we had housekeeping middle of our stay and the cleaner went above and beyond more than I had experienced in other hotels.. The one and only tiny little downfall is that the pillows aren't the comfiest in the world, we did ask for extras which they provided no problem. We had an excellent stay and will hopefully be returning soon. Thankyou!

I liked most things about these apartments except that there was no toaster. The staff were great especially the two girls on reception. They were so helpful can’t remember their names. The same girls were on every morning when we we’re there, which was the 14th till the 20th off September.Thanks so much for everything

We'd stay again for sure.

They were wonderful allowing us to check into our room a bit early. Additionally, Yulia, the desk clerk was very helpful and assisted us in finding another place to stay when we decided to extend our stay. Very informative as well, helped us acclimated to the city. The place was VERY clean except the trash under the sink had not been emptied prior to our arrival. Very comfortable room in a convienent location.

Apartamento limpio, nuevo y amplio. Tiene plaza de parking. Buena ubicación , aunque el apartamento da una via de tren, no molesta el ruido. En el check out las llaves se dejan en una caja fuerte. Nosotros perdimos 20 min esperando a que viniera alguien de recepción, hasta que nos dimos cuenta que nos habían enviado un @mail con las intrucciones el dia del chenk ing ( culpa nuestra )
