Great hotel in a great location! We were able to walk everywhere. The staff was BEYOND helpful, friendly & attentive. The hotel arranged pickup from the airport and it was seamless. The room was so very small & not functional. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. Overall I would recommend staying here when you visit krakow!

We had an excellent 6 night stay, all the ladies at front desk were superb. Location was great, very central, walkable, felt safe. If I had to pick at something, our bed was a little too soft. We would definitely stay here again.

I would absolutely recommend this place. It's top notch old school vibes less than a 5 minute walk from Stare Miasto. The staff here is always extremely helpful, very friendly, and kind. I've stayed here before and had a great experience last time as well. Everything is very well maintained and very clean. I took one star off of the amenities because the wifi is very hit or miss. If it's important to you, ask for a room towards the center of the building. I previously stayed in a room where I had good reception, but this time, I was on the very end, and my room barely had any reception. The walls are really thick, so I'm not surprised, it's just worth noting.
