LOCATION: Family and friends, young and not so young, all feel at home in this spacious, luxurious apartment (102m2) that is cool on warm days and warm on cool days.
Centrally located in trendy Kazimierz along the historic Ulica Sw. Wawrzynca, next to the Museum of Engineering and Technology,.
Opposite to the Judah food truck market with its diversity of Local and International takeaways.
In the immediate vicinity of many nice bars/cafes and excellent, yet affordable, restaurants. Example Qrudo , next to the main entry of the apartment complex which is the fourth best restaurant of Krakow (according to Tripadvisor).
Almost all famous historical places of Krakow are within walking distance, including Wawel Royal Castle 1.1 km (15 min.), Main Square 1.6 km (20 min), Maria church 1,7 km (20 min.) and Schindler’s Factory 1,4 km (17 min.).
150 meters to the South is the green Vistula boulevard, popular among hikers, runners and cyclists. 200 meters further down the river is the Vistula Lovers Bridge with its thousands of padlocks, bearing witness to as many young love couples.
Kazimierz Gallery, a large modern shopping and cinema centre, is only 700 meters (10 min) by feet.

APARTMENT: With its two lifts, wide staircases and broad corridors, the building provides ample space to keep social distance. Also, contributing to the guest’s safety during the pandemic, are the instant self-check-in and the apartment's thorough cleanliness (as confirmed by reviews of guests).
The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor and has a surface of 102 m2. With its central heating and excellent isolation, it feels comfortably warm during the winter. And because of its modern air conditioning, it feels also refreshing cool during hot summer days (and nights!).
Downstairs, the apartment consists of a hall / living room / annex kitchen plus a toilet. Upstairs are two spacious sunny bedrooms (24 m2 and 20 m2), each with six skylights that can be completely, or partially, darkened. Both bedrooms have their own luxurious bathroom with a convenient walk-in rain-shower and are equipped with a hairdryer. There is a balcony and all rooms face a green quiet courtyard.
The apartment, finished under supervision of an architect, has been fitted with quality furniture. The walls are decorated with four original paintings of Polish painter Tomasz Welna. A (free) parking space, in the underground garage, belongs to the property.

APARTMENT BUILDING The apartment building is a redevelopment of the first power plant of Krakow that started operation in 1905. Many artefacts of that Galician industrial complex have been preserved, while its façade has been carefully restored. The redevelopment project was completed in 2017 and resulted in beautiful unique complex. In that year it was honoured as “construction of the year”, a Polish architectural award. The apartment itself is located in the very heart of this industrial redevelopment, roughly at the site of the former furnace.
ASSISTANCE & ADVICE Available locally is Justyna, a professional super hostess, who know (almost) every corner of Krakow. She likes to assist and is ready to advise on transport, tourist attractions, excursions, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and even dentists and babysitters.

Excellent, clean & comfy accommodation in the Jewish quarter. Lots of restaurants close by & an Irish bar 😌. Short walk to the trams, electric ‘golf’ buggies around to take you sight seeing if you wish. Would highly recommend & if visit Krakow again will definitely try to book again. Judah street food across the road with lots of choices.
Lovely apartment. Very clean & spacious. Lots of towels etc. we unfortunately ran out of toilet tissue but not the end of the world. Location is fantastic if you want to be based in the Jewish Quarter. Lots of good eateries nearby. We would highly recommend this apartment.
The location was perfect for us... in a really pleasant, less busy but still charming, area.. within an easy walk of the old town and main square. The underground car park was also very useful and allowed us to use the apartment as a base to take trips out of town. The apartment itself was spacious, well furnished and very clean... situated in some sort of repurposed industrial building, that was both interesting and felt very secure. It even managed to be fairly quiet. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

We loved this flat. Walking distance to everything, clean,quiet, responsive hosts. Has a washer for clothes and dishes. Kitchen has everything to cook. When you leave front of building is great truck food places across the street. If you face street turn left walk about three to four blocks there is great fruit veg market and bakeries. We walked everywhere easily.no car needed. Goat responded promptly to all questions kindly. Also close to river which has pretty walks along the river and walking bridge. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Poland.
We loved staying in this property - it is new and functional, clean and stylish. Located in a good neighbourhood with so many food stops and within a short walk of the Old Town.it also has underground parking that is safe and free - avoid the parking on the street. I can be an adventure entering the garage from the front of the building - the host has instructions to use an alternative entrance that is much easier.Our only observation what that the kitchen lacked a few necessities - dish clothes, towels and paper products. It might be good to request a mocha pot for coffee, as well, since the espresso machine is well-used and not functioning correctly.Overall, our stay was first rate. Highly recommended!

This apartment is amazing. Situated in a beautiful refurbished power plant which started operation in 1905. The redevelopment project was finished in 2017 and it was done to an exceptional standard. The host was 1st class and the area is beautiful. It is in a great location for both the Jewish Quarter & Main Square. Looking for 5 star accommodation in Krakow then this is for you.
Excellent stay at this lovely apartment in a great location we spent the days wandering around the sights and the nights at the many bars and eateries located within easy reach of our accommodation spotlessly clean and with everything you need for a great stay i would recommend this apartment for a lovely stay
Our family made a quick trip to Krakow to go to Auschwitz and we were pleasantly surprised with Krakow. The place was very clean, was in a wonderful location with short walks to the castle, Old Town and many wonderful restaurants. The only suggestion I would have is if they had directions in English for the washer.
Great location. Walking distance to Old Town, Market Square, Jewish quarter. Many restaurants, grocery stores. Check-in was a little challenging - the parking garage entrance is behind the building on a different street. Because of many 1-way streets, it took 10 minutes to get to it. But once we figured it out, parking was good. Could have used an extra towel or 2. Otherwise, apt. suited our needs well.
Communication with owner first class, nice clean apartment and easy to find on google maps. Entry instructions easy to follow. Great location for the main square, and nice and quiet with a food market on the front doorstep. Parking space available which is very helpful. Would stay again.
Very beautiful place great area to be in trams at the bottom of the .and also short walk to the shopping center .when you come out of the apartments turn right ! Walk straight up the road and over great shopping centre a short walk or you can get a taxi.food trucks in front of the apartment building!! Overall a very plesant week .me and my friend are both in our 70s and loved it ...you can the tram to the large square lots of shops and restaurants and wonderful carragies ,pulled around by beautiful horses .also the apartment has a small balcony which is nice to sit and enjoy breakfast. Try it ,its a really wonderful apartment.
