The WENTZL almost has it all - great location, comfortable rooms with all the amenities, and the friendliest and most helpful staff I've encountered in a long time. My friends and I celebrated the New Year in Krakow and the WENTZL was a big part of what turned out to be a very special holiday. Excellent location for me - near office and town square. Lovely resorted hotel in historic building. Rooms are very modern and they offer a transportable cell phone to use while in the city - very helpful and handy. Two minor recommendations - update the bath towels; they’re old, scratchy and have some pretty thin spots. Second, back off on the room/linen scented freshener. Too overpowering for me. Otherwise was a lovely hotel and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
