Outside, a covered veranda invites you to lounge in the shade, a lush private garden surrounds the villa, and a barbecue on the terrace rounds off the outdoor experience.

Good to know:

- Stairs: one of the levels in the villa is accessed via a staircase, worth keeping in mind for guests with limited mobility or families with young children.

- City sounds nearby: thanks to the central location in Kralendijk, you may hear the lively sounds of the boulevard on some evenings, an ambiance that most guests enjoy.

- No dining table indoors: there is no separate dining table inside, but the covered veranda outside offers a spacious table, perfect for long, relaxed evenings in the open air.

The Neighborhood:

Kralendijk's waterfront boulevard, docks, sailboats and motorboats moored at buoys, and colorful facades: Kas Dive-In places you right in the middle of the action, surrounded by restaurants, bars, boutiques and the departure point for various boat trips including sunset tours and water taxis to Klein Bonaire. Ideal for guests who want everything within walking distance and enjoy an evening stroll along the waterfront. Divers and snorkelers will love the quick access to the west coast dive sites, while food lovers and shoppers will find Kralendijk the place to be. Expect vibrancy, convenience and the shortest travel times to all the facilities Bonaire's capital has to offer.



Kas Dive-In is approximately 2.1 kilometers from Van den Tweel supermarket, 1.1 kilometers from Dive Friends Port Bonaire dive center, 1.2 kilometers from Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach, 2.3 kilometers from the center of Kralendijk and 1.4 kilometers from Sebastian’s Restaurant.



Sunwise insider tip: Make sure to take a drive out to Rincon, the oldest village in the Dutch Caribbean. Rincon is tucked away in a green valley surrounded by hills, a location that historically offered protection against pirate raids. The village has a charm you won't find in Kralendijk: colorful houses, a cozy village square and warm local hospitality. Combine your visit with a stop at the Cadushy Distillery, the only distillery on Bonaire, where you can taste liqueur made from the native kadushi cactus. Getting Around:

Although Kas Dive-In is centrally located in Kralendijk and many things are within walking distance, renting a car on Bonaire is still highly recommended. With your own vehicle you can explore the entire island at your own pace, from secluded snorkel spots along the west coast to local villages and hidden nature reserves. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for a visit to Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is strongly advised, as the unpaved park roads can be rough and challenging for a standard car. There is no public transportation on the island and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port. Book your rental car in advance and enjoy the freedom to discover Bonaire entirely on your own terms.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
