"I booked an apartment a few days earlier which was not active, vrbo was fine to work with and issued a refund. This was intended to be a replacement for that fumbled rental. It was also a bad listing or scam. Never got ahold of the apartment manager and couldn’t check in. VRBO said they would give me information to handle a refund but have yet to do so. That’s 2 bad apartments in 2 attempts in 3 days. Vrbo needs to do a better job of managing their inventory and their refund process is so bad...

"The house is very well maintained and so cute! The neighborhood isn’t the nicest but the property is gated and felt very safe. There is an additional charge to heat the pool but we didn’t request that and it was still warm enough to swim in when we visited in March. My four teenaged daughters absolutely loved the decoration of the house and took pictures all throughout the property. The property has a microwave that opens like a drawer and the kids were thrilled with that. Everything was clean...

"Visiting the area for work which was helpful and easy commute to the Domain location. Home was comfortable and quiet area."

"I got emails from the site about my reservations but no email from the property manager about details to access property. She would not respond to emails and her phone went straight to “not available”. I wound up getting a cheap hotel to stay in after the concert we attended. Extremely disappointed and WILL affect my future plans for stays away from home. Plan to contact VRBO tomorrow."
