"Here to visit family. Very great location and quiet!"

"This is a huge rip off.. they did not tell how many remotes are there in the apartment and after we left claimed that the remote was missing. They charged a lump sum amount for fixing a clogged toilet as well as waste disposal. NEVER RENT THIS PLACE!!!!"

"Very Clean, great location"

"Great place! Communication was great! Loved it! Bryan was very hospitable!"

"Bad place to sleep"

"Wonderful location and cozy space. Had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Only issue is the shower didn’t drain fully. Cold standing water isn’t fun."

"I recommend this for your next stay"

"Clean room, had everything we needed for our stay, property was affordable and in a good location"

"Excellent place to stay"

"Nice place with a grocery and a great Mexican restaurant across the street. Only downside was the traffic noise. "

"Very smooth check in, check out, clean, convenient, "

"For those of us who are used to hotels and in-person B&Bs, Boulevard Stays does a very poor job of explaining how the guest is supposed to deal with them and their property. The property itself is rather shabby and the studio was not well furnished. However the location in Austin's South Congress district, near Lady Bird Lake, was great."
