"This place was a nice place close to so many spots to explore in Austin."

"Property had a really strange smell. Smelled like chlorine. Not sure why the owners haven’t done anything to fix this after multiple reviews have been left saying the same thing. The apartment has no lighting it is quite dark in the common area and bedroom. When we arrived, there was trash left near the front door and cleaning crew was leaving as we had pulled up to check in. Small details throughout the apartment was telling that the place wasn’t entirely clean or in the best condition."

"This place was absolutely fabulous. I gave location a lesser rating because if you are looking to be in downtown Austin it's a bit from there which wasn't an issue for me. If you are looking for something quiet and friendly and welcoming and are content with not much around but a pool you will love it. They had everything needed in terms of pans and dishes that I could cook whatever I wanted. The 24/7 assistance was fabulous with assisting with questions from the Landing. If I return to this...
