Then no return communication from the owner regarding accessing the property until after contacting the VRBO Help line and then 2 hrs after the 3pm check-in, the owner sends a text. By then VRBO had already found a temporary hotel room for us. The location was in a very unsafe neighborhood and the building was unkept. I would not recommend anyone book this location"

"Rooms were dirty…we had to be moved after we seen our first room. The air didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work and room was filthy. We were then told the only available room was a queen suite with fold out couch. We went to look at it and it was dirty. The desk clerk then said he had one king suite he was saving to sell but gave it to us anyway. The bedding we had for the fold out couch had huge holes throughout the comforter. When we asked for a new blanket, we were given a mattress pad because...

"This host is a scammer. Gave wrong directions and then claimed to be double booked. Said we would be refunded but I had to open a fraudulent claim with VRBO while I was booking another hotel in such short notice."
