"Jordan at the front desk was great. She set us up with the connecting rooms we wanted. It was my original request. I called to confirm connecting rooms a week and a half before check in to be told they would do their best. Still uncomfortable, I called the day before check in. She saw my booking was incorrect and corrected it."
