"Overall, great location and very central to everything you would want. Convenient location to Baylor Scott and White hospital, shopping and restaurants. Clean, appreciate the amenities-hot tub, pool, gym and breakfast. Doing renovations to the front of the building..but easy parking and access to the lobby. Should have stayed here the whole time I was in town and paid the extra for a much nicer hotel than what I chose. Lesson learned. There are a few quirks, sink has a drain you can stop up and did the accidentally and was difficult to pull up without having a tool to lift it and bed could be more comfortable. But beyond that, a good hotel."

"The staff is wonderful - Patty was so very kind and helpful! She really made our stay memorable. Breakfast was just so so, they were out of coffee, the sausage links were like rubber, there was no one really there to help and there was a checkout line at the front desk so we didn't want to bother them."
