"We had to change rooms three times during a two nights stay. First, there was no refrigerator in the unit 210. Second, there were no working TV, no coffee pods, in the unit 208. After saying so at the office, we still had to wait for a TV repair technician, the mugs were not cleaned…the only solution was for us to move back to the unit 210 where a fridge was finally installed."
