"Everything went well as far as check in and check out. The beds were comfy and the room was a good size.... what bummed me out was that there wasn't the usual free continental breakfast available. Now it is my fault for over looking that when booking last minute but it would have been a 10 out of 10 experience had this amenity been available. Other than that, this is a great place to stay at."

"Our check-in went smoothly, even though it was a little bit earlier than the usual time, I was allowed to check in early. I brought my service dog with me and that went well too. I just filled out a form and answered s few questions. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. It was a 2 minute walk to the Round Rock Sports Center, very convenient for us. The only thing I noticed were the towels have holes on them and they looked like they’ve seen better days. But otherwise the bed and pillows were comfortable, oh BTW I could hear the conversation of other guests outside our room and the guests on top of our room have kids running around at 11Pm. We reported it but it still went passed midnight. The staff were real nice and very helpful. We only stayed for one night."

"This was a beautiful hotel! Our only real complaints were the breakfast and the beds. The breakfast was not served hot, and the first morning, unfortunately, it was not very good at all. The beds were also much firmer and harder than we prefer. Everything else was wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We do wish the pool area had a jacuzzi, but overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend it!"
