"The room had a strong musky smell and seemed like cigarette odor also. The bath/shower was obviously painted at some point, but it had peeled on the bottom near the drain about 2’. So it looked uninviting and dirty. The room had only one bath towel. Shower curtain has rips on both ends."

"Check-in was a breeze. The location was quiet, clean, and appeared well maintained. A couple of things that I'd bring a little more attention to would be the requirement of small deposit. I made this reservation through the app and there was no mention of deposit required. It wasn't a problem however for those that are budget minded it could create a hiccup. Also to note, I had phoned regarding an item that I accidently left in the room after check out. They couldn't locate it in lost & found, so they were going to check with House keeping and phone me back the next day. The returned call never materialized."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. In-room internet service was unreliable. There were no doggie poop bags available at the property so there was evidence of dog visits around the property. Overall, the room was clean, and the hotel is conveniently located."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The pictures online are extremely misleading and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. When we arrived, the exterior looked rough, with boarded and cracked windows visible from the outside. There was even yellow caution tape around some of the grassy areas near the entrance, which immediately gave a poor first impression. As soon as we walked into the lobby, there was an overwhelming smell of Fabuloso or another strong cleaner that seemed like it was being used to cover up an unpleasant odor. The front desk employee was not welcoming or helpful during check-in and made little effort to answer questions or provide assistance. The room itself was okay, but it looked nothing like the photos advertised online. We were only provided a towel, and the window shade would not close all the way, leaving very little privacy. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The guests in the room next to us were laughing loudly, talking, and playing music from around 2:00 a.m. until we left at 6:30 a.m. We got almost no sleep. When I checked out, I informed the same front desk employee about the disturbance. Instead of showing concern or apologizing, he simply responded with an “okay,” smirked, and laughed. When I mentioned that I had been unable to sleep all night, he said he would check on them, even though we were already leaving. His response felt dismissive and unprofessional.
