"We were not planning to stay in the hotel a lot because we were there for a high school graduation, so most of our time was spent at graduation festivities. This hotel was perfect for that. I thought the cost made perfect sense for the overall quality and experience at the hotel. It is centrally located in Austin -- and everything was easy and pleasant."

"The staff, the cleanliness, the location, ability to retrieve valeted car etc., I have no complaints. My only negative is the room I stayed in was behind the elevators. Not sure why, but every time someone used it, I heard loudly it through the ducts. During the day wasn't a problem because I was out doing business. When I was trying to sleep it sounded like a rollercoaster climbing its first big hill. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep unfortunately. Everything else was great. "

"We were moving overseas and Hyatt at Four Points was perfect. The room we had was big to accommodate all our stuff. They also had guest laundry on our floor. Internet was fast and the staff were super friendly and helpful."
