"Was für ein zauberhafter Ort! Ein Blumen- und Kräuterparadies erwartete uns. Die Terrasse lädt ein stundenlang zu verweilen, ob mit Kaffee oder Tee, Wein oder Bier. Herrlich! "Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Sie war sehr sauber, schön hell und durchdacht aufgeteilt. Die ruhige Lage im Grünen hat uns besonders gut gefallen und die große Terrasse war ein echtes Highlight. Die Gastgeber waren nett und herzlich. Außerdem war sie sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab wirklich alles was man braucht. Auch ein Babybett, einen Kinderstuhl und zahlreiche Spiele waren vorhanden. Ein einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt. Wir waren in der heißen Zeit vor ein paar Wochen da. Da die Fenster kaum verschattet werden können, wurde es tagsüber im Sommer recht heiß. Es gab zwar Fliegengitter, allerdings nur an drei Fenstern, wodurch das Querlüften etwas eingeschränkt war.Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden die Ferienwohnung auf alle weiterempfehlen."

"Pleasant stay. Very helpful receptionist at check-in, explained everything and more! Attractive hotel with modern smart public areas. Room nothing special though but we were given a dual aspect room with a magnificent castle view (we had booked a non castle view room). Bathroom was massive with a huge shower stall (and nice toiletries) and had floor to ceiling windows with another view of the castle. Only flimsy paper blinds hid us from the public using the riverside path below! Breakfast was fine in an large attractive dining area with extensive terrace and gardens beyond which were nice to use on the warm evenings to have drinks and enjoy the castle view. Breakfast staff were a bit off hand but the manager was friendly. Car parking was free and it was a short walk into town. There is an Aldi Sud across the road to buy drinks and snacks (no room fridge) and the reception desk had a complimentary selection of sweets and fruit which was nice. The hotel seems to be related business wise to the Bootshaus and Zum Marstall restaurants in town. We dined at both during our stay and they were both excellent."

"Staff were nice, though we were left waiting a while to check in. Nice room (though see later note re bathroom). More facilities than we'd realised. Convenient location next to bus stop for easy bus access to the towns around Lake Constance. En suite door was wierd - it was a sliding door which didn't really stay shut, and you could see through it (pattern of repeating translucent see through glass), which meant there was no privacy in the bathroom when sharing the room."
