Die Altstadt in Konstanz kann zu Fuß sehr schnell erreicht werden. Ruhige Lage nahe dem See. Cons: Das Doppelbett war für meine Bedürfnisse zu hart, das Ausklappbett dagegen i.O. Daher "nur" 4 Sterne."

"Lovely, clean, and comfortable, perfect for two people. Well appointed apartment. Excellent location. We enjoyed the garden also. Check-in process was a bit confusing as this was our first time to visit the area and we did not know that we were expected to arrive at the listed check-in time. Host was very accommodating in calling us and setting up an alternate way to check in. Apartment lists a washer but we could not find one. We would suggest including a guide/sheet in the apartment...

"At the time of staying and writing this review what is a 2 double bedroom apartment is described in three places in the listing as having 3 bedrooms. This is misleading. It is also not really a "villa". It is a nice apartment and it is near the lake but its really not an "exclusive villa at the lake". Its a nice ground floor flat on the corner of a main road with cars and buses passing all day past the outdoor terrace but is quiet at night which is what matters. The buses are of course...

"This was the perfect place for me and my partner for 6 nights in Konstanz. It's so well located near the old town and buses and trains. We loved having the balcony and kitchen to save a bit of money on eating out although we also tried some great restaurants nearby! The memory foam bed was super comfy and the flat was sparkling clean - which is all you really want. Would definitely come back here if returning to Konstanz."

Der Blick auf den Rhein ist nur eingeschränkt möglich – man muss sich auf der Terrasse über das Geländer lehnen, um ihn zu sehen. Ansonsten schaut man direkt auf die Hauswand oder in die Fenster der Nachbarwohnungen – und umgekehrt.Die Betten sind stark durchgelegen, das Bettzeug ist zerschlissen und wirkt wie aus den 1970er Jahren. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr spärlich, das vorhandene Geschirr ist...

"Wir waren 4 Personen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sehr netter und direkter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt da alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Wir können eine klare Empfehlung geben und würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen "

"Unsere kleine Familie hat den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die schöne grosse Wohnung liegt perfekt für Spaziergänge ins Städtchen oder am Seeufer entlang. Alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Auf dem grossen Balkon kann man sich gut von den Ausflügen erholen. Danke für die schönen Tage!"

"We could not have had a nicer stay in Konstanz. Nadine was the perfect host from check in to check out. The apartment location is perfect, close walk to the town center, but far enough away for a peaceful nights sleep. Close to both German and Swiss train stations makes for easy travel. Highly recommend, thank you for such a memorable family holiday."

"Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly."

"The reception desk was located inside the Hotel Restaurant/Bar, which was a little surprising to us. Our key card to access the room was also used to activate lights, Air conditioning etc. in the room, which was unique. When walking through the corridor one would be listening to bird sounds and that was very nice and calming. Parking was available in a Parking Garage across the hotel for a fee collected by the hotel. Overall we had a great stay. "
