Krk, 20 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 7 cars) on the property.
