Lovely home in Krk with kitchen

This beautiful holiday home with pool is located in Skrpii, a small village in the west of the island of Krk. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with kitchen, from where you can access the courtyard with pool and covered terrace, where there is also a barbecue.

From the house you can quickly reach the beaches in Pinezii or the larger tourist resorts such as Malinska, Krk or Baka. The history of the island of Krk dates back to ancient times and even today you can discover the rich cultural heritage of this long history. Every place on the island has its own specialities.

For active holidays, there are marked walking and cycling trails, diving schools and wake boarding in Punta.

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Wir haben uns im allgemeinen sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auch bestimmt wieder kommen. Kleinere Punktabzüge, Whirlpool ohne Funktion, sollte man bei der Ausschreibung also nicht erwähnen, da schon länger defekt. Ein Schlafzimmer sehr klein mit getrenntem Bad und WC. WC sehr tief, sowie die Betten auch und sehr weiche Matratzen. Ein Bad nur mit Dusche, die Restlichen mit Badewanne, hohem Einstieg in die Wanne, um zu duschen. Schattenplatz am Pool fehlt. Sitzmöglichkeiten bzw. bequeme außen fehlen. Auf den Bilder ist ein andere Kühlschrank zu sehen, mit Eiswürfel Zubereitung.

Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr schön, allerdings gab es ein paar Punkte die nicht so schön waren und für ein 5-Sterne Haus nicht akzeptabel sind. Der Whirlpool funktioniert nicht, uns wurde gesagt, länger schon nicht, die Steinplatten waren an einigen Stellen kaputt, man musste aufpassen das man sich nicht verletzt, der Whirlpool war am Sockel nicht verputzt, reiner Beton, einige Leisten an den Treppen auf der Terrasse waren defekt, bzw. waren nicht mehr vorhanden, eine kaputte Plastikrutsche stand hinter dem Haus, der Ständer für den Sonnenschirm war defekt, so das man keinen aufstellen konnte, einige Poollichter funktionierten nicht, was allerdings nicht so schlimm war, unter den Betten war es super dreckig und auch die Gardine im Wohnbereich war total verdreckt, auch wurde nicht mitgeteilt das das Haus an einer stark befahrenen Straße grenzt, was das schlafen mit offenen Fenster unmöglich gemacht hat.

Ein sehr sauberes, geräumiges Haus mit großer Außenanlage. Der große Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank waren sehr wertvoll in unserem Urlaub. Jeder im Haus hatte sein eigenes Bad und WC, was es auch für einen Urlaub mit Freunden ermöglicht. Das Haus würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.Im Außenbereich gab es kleinere Mängel, die behoben werden sollten (Fliesen,Lichtleiste). Ein paar Gläser mehr könnte nicht schaden. Leider ist der Whirlpool defekt, was uns nicht störrte. Es wäre schön, wenn es noch zwei Sonnenschirme mit Ständer gäbe.

Familien urlaub

Wir waren mit dem Haus mehr als zufrieden. Die Umgebung war sehr schon und in der Nähe 3 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es ein tolles Restaurant. Ich kann das Haus in super Luxus Ausstattung nur empfehlen. 👍🏻😎5sterrne mindestens!!!!
