Very friendly staff. Helpful. Everything was extremely clean and the hoteliers followed all COVID prevention measures. Our room was small but comfortable. The hotel is in a nice, quiet location close to many restaurants and about 3 minute walk from a parking garage (about €20/night) and 5-7 minute walk from the cathedral.

We stayed there for two nights. The room was just perfect and the bad was comfortable. The hotel is not in the center, but it is a walk away from the city center of Strassbourg. And a good shopping center (which isn't in the city center and which I forgot the name for) is also really close to the hotel.

The fitness center was never open when we wanted to use it.

Had a very nice stay in this hotel. Restaurant was very good also. Hotel desk staff were very helpful with directions for trams to get us where we wanted to go. Wifi was not very good, and our only complaint.

What a delightful surprise. The hotel is discreetly hidden from the city life, you wouldn’t know it’s there but for the Hotel Leonor sign outside. Walk in through the front door and it feels like an oasis. It has a beautiful contemporary lobby, inviting bat area and a beautiful inviting courtyard. I could spend an afternoon there sipping on my favorite drink, which I did! The room was clean, modern and high ceilings. Will definitely return!

The hotel is across the street from the train station so very convenient. Christmas markets were within 15 minute walk. Several dining options near hotel. Staff were very friendly.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Les Haras. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I made a mistake and only booked one room vs. two that was needed and they were quick to fix the problem with out any hassle.

This hotel is fabulous and convenient to the Christmas markets. We really enjoyed our stay. The Christmas tree in our room was a bonus.

Great service. Staff bent over backwards. Had a problem with wireless internet and was fixed on the spot. The property is spotless.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Rohan. It's literally thirty steps from the Cathedral, and minutes away from maybe a dozen nice restaurants and cafes, so we easily went out and went back to the hotel to pick up things we forgot, wanted to drop off, or just to put our feet up to reconsider out next move. To get to Petit France on one side and the Neustadt/Place de la Republique on the other side were both within 15 minutes of the hotel and very pleasant walks on the river bank or through...
