Very friendly, helpful staff. Property is charming, quiet and comfortable and has lots of character. A bit far from most points of interest, including Djama El Fna, about a 20 min. walk, half on noisy, traffic-filled streets. But easy enough to get taxis to and fro.

It is over expectation. The owner is very nice and friendly person. He has communicated with me before the trip and answered my questions quickly. The tent is pretty big exceeding our imagination. We have free dinner and lunch, even morning camel ride to see sun rise. They were not included in original price. Everyone is happy with the accommodations.

Our stay in hassilabiad appart hotel was a great stay the only placed we felt home and surrounded by Familly and friends , we felt very welcomed by every one and we had a great food we try a variety of food and some desert and local speciality , the location was close to every things and we walked to the sand dunes and to the oases where local mad their vegetables and every things was organic , we learned a lot about the irrigation system in the desert and how they can find water in the desert ,...

It was a beautiful place, very traditional, with gorgeous rooms and central courtyard and a courteous and helpful staff.

A fantastic hotel in the heart of the desert, with breathtaking views of the Sahara Sand Dunes. We arrived in the evening and woke up to a beautiful view of the Dades Valley! The staff were very helpful and made our stay even better. So glad hubby picked Palm Dades!

Great staying at Roseville Kasbah. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was the lack of hot water.

The architecture and decor of the property was beautiful and was also beautifully situated in the mountains. The 5 course dinner was exceptional and breakfast was incredible as well! You will be cared for with such love while you stay there.

The staff were so very helpful. I came down with food poisoning the day we arrived (not caused by this hotel). The staff were so kind and offering advice. They told us where the local pharmacy was. The food was very good, I did have dinner the first night and it was one of the best meals we had in Morocco.
