The pool area is very clean and inviting the breakfast is a top 10 so many selections you’ll never get to them all very helpful Staff when we had some questions highly recommend and we will certainly visit again. "What an unexpected and pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be! The suite in the residence had amazing views of downtown KL. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms all had bidets with warmed seats. The elevators were fast and very secure too. Parking was super easy. We will definitely stay here again."

"Clean room, old hotel, not a great location, not accessible by walking, you have to pay tourist tax 10MYR per night extra on top of the price for the room, food is expensive, staff are ok."

"Rooms were overall decent. However, our room had bugs on the kitchen counter, dining table, and beside table. There was also a leak whenever we took a shower - water flowed from shower area to the sink/beyond. Shower area could do with better scrubbing as well. Customer service was great though, and staff was very friendly."
