This is my second long stay at Lanson place. Still my best option in kuala lumpur. I like the level of security and how the guards are well trained and give attention to everything . Recetpion , check in and check out were smooth. Room service are not doing their best. They arrange the room but they don't make sure that place is clean. I have noticed many obcious dirty spots on the fridge and mirror and tgey never clean it. No vaccum cleaning for floor. We had two incidents when the auutomatic...
