"Property in a nice landscape, but essential things for feeling well there are missing. Almost NO running tab water. No warm water. shower could not be used....no warming blankets. I will mot return :("

"Gordana and her husband went above and beyond to welcome us. Seeing how tired we were on arrival, they not only had provided a cold plate of local meats cheeses etc, but also made us dinner that evening. We have never felt so looked after by property owners. Popped over discreetly throughout our stay to service the pool and look after the garden, brought grapes from their own vines and their olive oil. Hospitality was second to none. We loved the privacy of this property, it was well equipped...

Excellent restaurants (recommend Taverna Riva) Perfect location for three adult couples on vacation. Well- equipped bathrooms. Shopping nearby. Guests provide own kitchen supplies. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt, es verfügt über eine moderne Kaffeemaschine (Dolce Gusto Kapselmaschine), eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine und mehrfache Ventilatoren. Über ausreichende Handtücher und Wechselbettwäsche ist gesorgt. Die verfügbare Außenküche eignet sich ideal für gemütliche Grillabende. Der Pool ist groß und wird zwei mal in der Woche versorgt. "Great location!! If you are looking to be a bit closer to the beaches rather than the city center/old town, this is a perfect spot away from all of the commotion. Only about a 30minute walk to the Riva Promenade, but only 5 minutes or so from the nearest beaches! We enjoyed the walks into town each day, and great food locations. Staff was amazing, loved the breakfast and bar service, highly recommend this spot! "

"Excellent hotel. All staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable & air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was of high quality with plenty of choice. Roof top swimming pool and jacuzzi all in good working condition & pleasant environment. Sauna, steam room & indoor jacuzzi were good. Gym was air conditioned & had a variety of equipment. Walk into Split centre was about 10-15 minutes. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we would stay again."

"The hotel is a resort- like set up. On a Marina with large beautiful boats. Has a nice pool overlooking the beach and the indoor pool for those looking to get out of heat! The tiered lounging spots nestled on a hillside amongst the pines. Plenty of refreshments everywhere. 5 nice restaurants on premise. Just lovely and staff very friendly! "

"This place was a hidden gem. My adult kids also did a free Mediterranean bath, which is part of the amenity who would’ve thought this is such a gem and such a beautiful place. The beachfront is right there. Everything is pretty much walking distance. It is one of the most beautiful locations and there’s more to come in the next year or so there’s gonna be so much in front of the beach that it will be just an amazing place to stay at the drinks the rooftop bar the breakfast. Everything was just amazing. What an amazing location."
