Tugba at the front desk, Tugba the events manager and Yakup the manager were great and checked in with us regularly to make sure our stay was good. "

" Girişte karşılama çok kötüydü. Araç park etmek için vale istediğimizde, valenin akşam mesaisinin olmadığı söylendi. Kendi aracımızı otoparka bırakıp eşyaları araçtan kendimiz taşıdık. Otelin lobisinin içi; camların kirliliğinden dolayı gözükmüyordu. Lobi tozlu, kirli ve havasızdı. Akabinde odaya geçtiğimizde odada ağır bir kokuyla karşılaştık. Yerler ve lavabolar toz içindeydi. Ayrıca bize deniz manzaralı diye satılan oda önümüzdeki villaların çatı shinglelarından başka bir şey görmüyordu....
