Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral.Sie war super für vier Personen.Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können aber das war jetzt nicht so dramatisch.Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen

Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet mit Blick für Details. Videos und Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen! Super ist auch die Schlüsselannahme und -abgabe außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten.

Residenz Strandstr. 31, Kühlungsborn, Wohnung 10

Leider haben wir sehr verschmutztes Geschirr vorgefunden. Wollten alles im Geschirrspüler reinigen, aber auch der war nicht so einladend (auch ein Sieb darin will mal gereinigt werden)...Wir haben uns auf den Südbalkon gefreut, aber leider haben wir nur gegen eine Hauswand gesehen. Dadurch war die Wohnung sehr dunkel. In der Objektbeschreibung sollte darauf hingewiesen werden. Jetzt wissen wir auch, warum der Balkon in der Beschreibung nicht gezeigt wurde....Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt ok, dank der guten und zentralen Lage.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, die alles hat, was man braucht

Die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen. Wir konnten mit unseren Kindern super schlafen. Sie war nicht wirklich in allen Ecken sauber, aber das ist zeitlich in der Hauptsaison vielleicht auch etwas schwierig…. Ansonsten war aber alles in Ordnung 😊

Ruhige Lage, nicht weit vom Strand

Ich bin sehr zufrieden geblieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Alles war vor Ort. W-LAN ist vorhanden. Bis zum Strand muss man ca. 200-250 Meter laufen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, die Betten sehr bequem.

Noch besser als erwartet

Sehr schöne, hochwertige und top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit in der Einkaufsstraße. Trotzdem war von der Straße bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts zu hören. Auf den Bildern fehlen Küche (offene Wohnküche) und Bad. Auch hier waren wir positiv überrascht, beides recht neu und sehr sauber.
