Surrounded by lush greenery, the "Am Rosenhof" vacation rental complex was built in 1997–98 and is located in a very quiet area. No street noise will disturb your vacation. You can enjoy a pleasant vacation in the modernly furnished apartments and suites. Our vacation apartments range in size from 35 to 70 square meters, some of which are duplexes, and all feature a terrace or balcony.

The vacation apartments are part of the “Rosenhof” apart-hotel. This means you can take advantage of the hotel’s services. You can book breakfast and daily cleaning of your apartment as add-ons. The vacation apartment is located on the edge of Baltic Park. It is approximately 150 meters to the Baltic Sea.



Apartment No. 10 is a modern, non-smoking studio apartment with a south-facing loggia. It measures approximately 28 square meters.
The price for Apartment No. 10 includes free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), linens for 2 people, and final cleaning. You can book daily cleaning and breakfast as add-ons.
A parking space is available free of charge at the vacation apartments.
The functionally designed vacation apartment on the 3rd floor features an open living area with a kitchenette and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a loggia. The functional kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, and various kitchenware. There is a private safe in the apartment. A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet rounds out the apartment’s pleasant overall impression.
The building has an elevator. In the basement, there is a room with a washing machine and dryer. These can be used for a fee.

A particular highlight is the private loggia with seating, where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator.

Just 150 meters from the beach, you’ll stay in a one-room vacation apartment. The 28-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor. The living room/bedroom is furnished with a couch, coffee table, armchair, sideboard, cable TV (flat-screen), radio, and a double bed with a wardrobe. The balcony, equipped with a table and chairs, faces south. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, two-burner stove, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, completes the apartment.
