Then shuttle to airport is offered by large bus or it’s an easy taxi ride. Would stay again if flying in/out of Narita and had to do a night in Japan."

"Nice hotel, good breakfast (extra cost), comfortable beds and close to the train station. They offer limited shuttle service to the airport, requires reservations in advance. The only negative, a big one for us was that the train station shuts down the escalators at 11 pm. How is a person on crutches and their travel companion carrying 2 sets of luggage supposed navigate all those stairs to get to the other side of the tracks where the hotel is located ? The taxi was going to refuse my fare because the hotel is so close, but relented when he saw the crutches. "
