The hotel is located in the center and close to the Castle, which is nice. There are many guests—almost too any, and the restaurant and spa were often crowded. The room was fine although I didn’t need cleaning after the first night.

Good location, surrounded by convenient shops. It has it's own parking places. The room was a bit small but manageable for 2 persons and few days staying. Amazing thing was it has private onsen and provide free yogurts and ice cream after the onsen, and also free ramen in the evening. Walking distance to a few attractions such as the Kumamoto castle.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Sakura machi mall with lot of dining options. There is also a park next to it and in holiday time they put a Christmas market. The roof top onsen is the most important part, relaxing and fun. They offer free ramen and popsicle.

朝食は美味しく、種類も豊富でした。全体として満足です。清潔さで★を一つ減らしているのは、客室内のシャワールームがあまりきれいではなかったからです。たぶん、あまり利用する方が少ないのでしょうか・・・温泉がありますから。水垢ではないと思いますが、排水溝周りが赤茶色だったり、カラン周りに水滴の跡が残っていたり・・・他が綺麗なだけに気になりました。

部屋の水道の水圧が弱すぎます。ハンドソープで手を洗っても、ぜんぜん石鹸が取れた気がしない。過去に泊まったホテルの中でもトップクラスに弱いです。温泉があるためシャワーは使いませんでしたが、もしシャワーでこの弱さだったら大変でした。
