"Really disappointed with our stay due to a couple of reasons. First of all, both bathroom lights (mirror light) were faulty, which made it extremely difficult to get ready as there wasn't any additional mirror available in the room that could have been used. We checked in almost midnight, hence couldn't be bothered to go downstairs again to swap rooms. Neither was there any telephone available in the room so that I could have connected to the reception to convey my concern. Last but not least, we weren't given any Wi-Fi password from the reception, which means we had to use our mobile internet and are not sure how much we are going to get charged for the service."

"We loved our time at Hotel Zinkensdamm! We were able to book private sauna sessions every day free of charge, the breakfast had wonderful vegan options, and there was even a kitchen to cook in. It's situated within a beautiful park, but not far from public transit and nice neighborhoods to walk in. The only drawback was that we got two single beds instead of a queen, but we pushed them together and made it work :) The staff was very kind and it felt like staying in a family-run bed and breakfast. Very quaint and romantic vibe. We loved it!"
